We offer morning and afternoon courses that run for between 2 1/2 and 3 hours.

On arrival you will be offered tea or coffee before donning your apron and beginning the class.

Each class features a combination of tutor demonstrations and hands on practical work. For full details of the recipes covered in each class, please see the individual course descriptions.

In order to cover as many recipes as possible in the time, students do a mixture of pair and individual work. This makes the class a very sociable occasion.

During the class there will be food to taste, and at the end you can either sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labour or take your food home with you.

The recipes are designed to serve 2 people.
